Experienced by Mike Conner
I don’t follow trends in longevity—I test them. So, when I sat down for AVO2 blood therapy, I wasn’t looking for a feeling. I was looking for truth. An IV went into my arm.
My blood left my body. I watched it move through clear tubing into a machine beside me—circulating out, looping through a system, then returning back in.
Here’s what’s actually happening:
- Blood is continuously drawn out through an IV
- It passes through a filtration system
- It’s exposed to oxygen and ozone (O₃)
- Sometimes light is used to stimulate cellular activity
- Then it’s returned to the body in real time
This process is called EBO2—Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation.
The simplest way to understand it? It’s a blood circulation + oxygenation loop, designed to “optimize” what’s already there.
What they say it does
Before I started, the claims were clear—and compelling:
- Detox the blood
- Reduce inflammation
- Increase oxygen delivery
- Boost energy and mental clarity
- Strengthen the immune system
- Support anti-aging and longevity
It’s positioned as a full-body reset at the cellular level. And honestly? That’s exactly what makes made it so appealing.
What I felt during and after
During the session:
- Calm
- Still
- Slight cooling sensation as blood cycled
After:
- A noticeable lift in energy
- Clearer thinking
- A lighter, more “open” feeling in my body
Not dramatic. But not nothing either. It felt like a tune-up, not a transformation.
The real positives
Here are the benefits—but they need to be understood correctly.
✔️ Temporary oxygen efficiency
The ozone exposure creates a controlled stress that can make the body use oxygen more efficiently—for a short time.
✔️ Short-term inflammation support
Some reduction in inflammatory load may occur, especially if the body is already under stress.
✔️ Nervous system reset
The process forces stillness. That alone has value in a system that rarely stops.
✔️ Perception of control
There’s something powerful about actively investing in your health—even if the mechanism is still being debated
But here’s my verdict
And this is where I separate experience from truth.
If I strip away the environment, the language, the feeling of doing something advanced—what’s left?
AVO2 is a temporary enhancer, not a longevity solution.
My verdict:
- The benefits are real—but short-lived
- It does not replace the body’s core systems
- It does not create lasting change on its own
I didn’t walk out fundamentally different.
I walked out slightly elevated.
That’s the difference.
What AVO2 claims vs what holds up
| Claim | What I believe after doing it |
| Detoxifies blood | My body already does this continuously |
| Boosts longevity | No strong long-term evidence |
| Increases energy | Yes—but temporarily |
| Reduces inflammation | Possibly—but not sustained |
| Optimizes cells | Theoretical, not proven at scale |
Where it actually ranks
When I look at longevity honestly—not aspirational—this is where AVO2 sits:
Basic Foundation for all health and wellness therapies
- Sleep quality
- Nutrition
- Strength training
- Cardiovascular conditioning
AVO2 Proven support
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
- Targeted peptide protocols
AVO2
- Advanced wellness
- Add-on therapy
- Experience-driven optimization
Not foundational. Not essential.
Where I would spend my money instead
If my goal is real longevity—not just feeling better for a day—I’d invest in:
- Full metabolic and hormone testing
- A structured strength and VO₂ program
- Sleep optimization (this alone changes everything)
- Targeted recovery and mitochondrial support
Because those don’t just shift how I feel— They change how my body functions.
Final word of Wisdom from a Wellbeing Coach
I’m glad I did it. It gave me clarity—not just about AVO2, but about the entire longevity space.
There’s a growing world of therapies promising faster results, deeper optimization, and cleaner systems. Some of them help. Yet most sell the idea of help.
AVO2 lives somewhere in the middle.
It’s not fake.
It’s not magic.
It’s not the answer.
It’s a tool. And if I’m being honest with myself— Longevity isn’t built in a clinic chair.
It’s built in what I do every single day. LIFE STYLE MANAGEMENT.
